Rosemary is one of the most popular essential oils for its wide array of health benefits including its ability to boost mental activity, relieve respiratory problems, support healthy digestion and internal organ function as well as reduce pain. It is also frequently used in aromatherapy. In addition to its health benefits Rosemary, also known as Rosmarinus Officinalis, is very popular in the Mediterranean region as a culinary herb. Taken internally, it also helps to reduce nervous tension and occasional fatigue.
Diffuse 1-2 drops while studying to maintain concentration.

Directions for use:
Diffusion: Use 3-4 drops in a diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Dilute 1 drop in 100ml of liquid.
Topical/Skin surface use: Apply 1-2 drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
